FAQ

Which events are tagged?
We tag 12 standard events: Goal, Shot on Target, Shot off Target, Corner, Free Kick, Yellow Card, Red Card, Offside, Penalty, Substitution, Key Pass, and Save. All tags are timestamped in the video.
Can I add custom instructions?
Yes. When placing your order you can add free-text instructions — for example which half to prioritise, specific events, or time periods.
How does the revision work?
After the tagger submits, you review the tags in Vaixr. If you're not satisfied, you can request one revision with written notes. The tagger then has 48 hours to re-submit.
How are club credits shared?
Credits are purchased at club level. ClubAdmins see the credit balance. Any TeamAdmin can request a credit — the ClubAdmin approves before the job enters the queue.
Do credits expire?
No. Club credits never expire.
Is my footage private?
Only the assigned tagger can access your video during the tagging period. We do not share footage with third parties.
