1. Who we are

VAIXR (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the VAIXR sports video analysis platform. We are responsible for the processing of your personal data as described in this Privacy Policy. If you have questions, contact us at info@vaixr.nl.

2. What data we collect

Account information: name, email address, and password (hashed).
Club and team data: club name, team name, and membership roles you provide.
Video content: match footage and clips you upload to the platform.
Usage data: log data, IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited, used to operate and improve the service.
Payment data: billing details processed securely via Stripe. We do not store card numbers.

3. How we use your data

To provide and operate the VAIXR platform.
To send transactional emails (account confirmation, password reset).
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To improve platform performance and fix issues.
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the basis of contract performance (to provide the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (platform security and improvement), and legal obligation where applicable.

5. Data storage and transfers

Your data is stored on Microsoft Azure infrastructure within the European Economic Area (EEA). Video files are stored in Azure Blob Storage and delivered via Azure Front Door CDN. We do not transfer your personal data outside the EEA without adequate safeguards.

6. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Video files are retained according to your subscription limits. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting info@vaixr.nl.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Rectify inaccurate data.
Request erasure of your data (“right to be forgotten”).
Restrict or object to processing.
Data portability.
Lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority.
