Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VAIXR (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including club administrators, analysts, coaches, and players.

2. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@vaixr.nl.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform.
• Share access credentials with unauthorised parties.
• Upload footage of minors without appropriate consent from their guardians.

4. Video content

You retain ownership of the video footage you upload. By uploading content, you grant VAIXR a limited licence to store, transcode, and display that content solely to operate the Service for you and the team members you authorise. We do not claim ownership of your footage.

5. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
• The Pro plan includes a 14-day free trial; no credit card is required to start.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact info@vaixr.nl.

6. Service availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime on Elite plans. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access on Starter and Pro plans. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.

7. Intellectual property

All software, branding, and non-user-generated content on the VAIXR platform is the exclusive property of VAIXR and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our platform without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VAIXR shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time via account settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
