Subscriptions & features per tier

VAIXR has three subscription tiers: Pro, Expert, and Elite. Each tier up gives you more teams, more storage, and a longer retention period, and unlocks a number of features not available on the tier below it.

Teams, storage, and uploads

• Pro — 1 active team, 1 analyst and 1 assistant per team, 1 upload per season, 10 GB storage, 1-year retention
• Expert — unlimited teams/analysts/assistants, 30 uploads per season, 150 GB storage, 3-year retention
• Elite — unlimited teams, unlimited uploads per season, 300 GB storage, unlimited retention

Features per tier

Live tagging is available on every tier. The following features unlock progressively:

• Public share links (videos and analyses viewable without logging in) — from Expert
• Club Library (tactical content authored by the Technical Coordinator) — from Expert
• AI coaching feedback (VLM) — from Expert, with an annual cap (60 analyses on Expert, 200 on Elite)
• Physical measurements & training load (RPE) — from Expert
• Parent access for planning (invitations, public calendar links) — from Expert
• Game preparation (standard situations, match prep) — Elite only
• Scouting collaboration and external sharing of scouting reports — Elite only
• Video assignments (homework for players) — Elite only
• Read tracking for planning (who viewed a calendar event) — Elite only
• Workload insight (derived load indicator) — Elite only

Challenges

On Pro, a team can have at most 2 active internal challenges at once. From Expert onward this is unlimited.
