Tracking a player over a longer period often isn't a solo effort. VAIXR supports that with collaboration, a timeline, and external sharing.
Collaborating with other scouts
Add a colleague as a collaborator on a scouted player, so you both keep observations and timeline events on the same file instead of working separately.
Timeline
Besides observations, you keep a timeline of contact moments: first contact, a trial, an offer, and other milestones on the path toward a decision.
Sharing externally
Want to show a scouting report to someone outside VAIXR — for example a technical director who doesn't use the system? Generate a token link to the report at `/scouting-report/{token}`. The recipient can view the report without logging in.
