Planning (calendar)

Under Planning you manage the team calendar: training sessions, friendly and competitive matches, tournaments, team meetings, social activities, medical appointments, and other events.

Creating and publishing

A new event starts as a draft. Only once you publish it does it become visible to the team, and it gets an 8-character public token so the event can also be viewed without logging in via a share link.

Recurring events

For regular training slots, create a recurring series (weekly or bi-weekly, with a set of days and a start and end date). VAIXR automatically generates the individual calendar events. If you delete the series from a certain date onward, every event before that date is left untouched.

Linking to a training session or game

A calendar event can be linked to a training session (for attendance tracking) or to a game, so everything around that date comes together in one place.

Sharing: export and WhatsApp

The calendar can be exported as an .ics file for external calendars, or turned into ready-to-send WhatsApp text — either a weekly overview or a single event.

Parent access

From the Expert subscription onward, you can invite parents by phone number. They self-register via a unique invitation link and then get read-only access to their child's team calendar — nothing else in VAIXR.
