Player evaluations
Assess players against a template of questions, and only make the evaluation visible once it's ready.
An evaluation assesses a player against an evaluation template — a template of sections and questions (5-point scale, 10-point scale, text, yes/no, single-select or multi-select, each optionally weighted).
Templates: platform, club, or team
Templates can live at the platform, club, or team level, and inherit from one another. A team can copy a club template and adjust it, or later re-sync with the parent version.
Filling in an evaluation
When you create an evaluation, the template's structure is frozen as a snapshot, so later changes to the template don't affect evaluations already in progress. You fill in answers incrementally — you can save partway through at any time — and optionally attach evidence clips.
Draft vs. released
An evaluation stays in draft until you release it. Only after release does the player themselves see it, under My evaluations.
